School holidays*:

Summer rate (1st of July till 31st of August):
House (13p): 3900€/wk
House + Bodega (16p): 4500€/wk

*This rate applies to the following school holidays:
Spring Break: week 8, 9 and 10
Eastern Holidays: week before and after Eastern

May Vacation: week 17 and 18

Autumn Break: week 42, 43 and 44

Christmas Holidays: Last two weeks of December and first week of January

Final cleaning (to be paid on the spot)

House: 250€

House + Bodega: 300€
